Theo is a personal trainer, specialising in TRX training. His route to the world of fitness is, perhaps, unconventional. He obtained a BA Honours degree in Art and Photography from Central St Martins. He draws from this creative flair in his work as a personal trainer; combining different modes of exercise to effectively cater for clients, ensuring that each client is provided with a unique and bespoke programme.
He is a firm believer that physical fitness is a way of life and a pathway to a better, healthier future. He has a holistic approach to physical progress; exercising not only the body, but also the mind and soul. In his classes, Theo takes into account individuals' physical abilities and actively encourages self-belief and self-esteem.
He has a keen interest in Pilates and, during his time in the United States, worked extensively in Pilates studios; honing his skills within that particular discipline. His knowledge of the body and its workings have allowed him to work with a large cross section of people in a rehabilitative, weight control and general well-being capacity. Since earning his personal training qualification, Theo has gone on to specialise in TRX training. A method of training which is beneficial in injury rehabilitation and with those who wish to improve their sports performance.
